The man behind this is Mark Hamilton, author of the Neothink Books for the past 45 years. He has dedicated his life to this vision. The idea behind all this is a new constitution named The Prime Law.
The Prime Law simply prohibits initiatory force in civilization, including in government itself. Only self-defense force is allowed.
In short, Mr. Hamilton demonstrates how under the Prime Law Constitution society would take off without political and bureaucratic forces holding back progress. The prosperity of society would rise to such a degree that ordinary citizens would all live prosperous lives as costs fall to fractions during a Great Technological Revolution.
Moreover, that same phenomenon would boost the medical industry so the citizens would all live with superior health breakthroughs at cheaper and cheaper costs. Indeed, the new country would become the medical mecca of the world.
And with the entire point of the Prime Law Constitution being the elimination of initiatory force everywhere, crime would fall to fractions… particularly when would-be criminals are living wealthy lives without committing crime!

Dr. Bill Andrews is a pioneering molecular biologist, inventor, and longevity researcher best known for his groundbreaking work on telomeres—the protective caps on our chromosomes that act as a biological clock of aging. As Founder and CEO of Sierra Sciences, Dr. Andrews has spent decades developing therapeutic solutions to lengthen telomeres and extend human healthspan and lifespan.
In the 1990s, while at Geron Corporation, he led the team that discovered both the RNA and protein components of telomerase, the enzyme responsible for preventing telomere shortening—an achievement that reshaped the field of aging research. Today, his company continues to develop telomerase-based therapies aimed at reversing age-related decline in humans.
Dr. Andrews holds over 50 U.S. patents on telomerase and has been featured in Popular Science, The Today Show, and the award-winning documentary The Immortalists, which he co-starred in alongside Dr. Aubrey de Grey. Dr. Jean Hébert is a leading neuroscientist, geneticist, and translational innovator focused on reversing brain aging and replacing damaged brain tissue to radically extend human cognitive health and lifespan. His career has been defined by a singular mission: to accelerate the use of cutting-edge technologies to replace, regenerate, and restore the human body—starting with the brain.

As the Founder and Executive Director of the Regenerative Medicine Foundation and the Healthspan Action Coalition, he has spent over two decades building the global infrastructure for ethical, patient-driven advancement in stem cell and longevity science.
