The Prime Law is the Zenith of Peace and Freedom

Immortalis law is much simpler than those of other states. The only law one must understand and abide by is the Prime Law, which is less than a page long:

(The Fundamental of Protection)

Preamble

The purpose of human life is to prosper and live happily. The function of governance is to provide the conditions that let individuals fulfill that purpose.

The Prime Law guarantees those conditions by forbidding the use of initiatory force, fraud, or coercion by any person or group against any individual, property, or contract.

Article One

No person, group of persons, or government shall initiate force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual's self property, or contract.

Article Two

Force is morally-and-legally justified only for protection from those who violate Article One.

Article Three

No exceptions shall exist for Articles One and Two.

The Prime Law is the zenith of peace and freedom through simplicity. It is eternal and simple. Prime Law Article One is a simple idea that even the young will be educated in. Its simplicity facilitates easy and fast absorption of this concept, so excuses like "I don't have time to study this" or lack of aptitude are not valid.

This Prime Law Education, more than anything else, ensures peaceful living for all Immortals (resulting in a crime-free society). The Prime Law, when enforced (as outlined in Article 2), ensures that it will remain in effect forever against all who violate it.

Prime Law Civil Freedom

In Immortalis, individuals will be able to do as they wish, as long as they don’t harm another by violating the Prime Law. This includes total freedom of speech and other similar freedoms that are typically illustrated in the many constitutions of the many nations of the world (as long as they don’t violate the Prime Law).

A major difference is that the Prime Law does not tell you what you CAN do. It tells you what you are NOT PERMITTED to do. (This is called negative rights.) This may sound negative or even authoritarian; however, it is not. Almost all daily actions, passions, and desires of one's heart, spiritual fulfillment, or money making activity that one does on a daily basis or ever wishes to do, are allowed. The purpose of this is to ensure the conditions of peace, freedom, and safety for all, even those who may not be able to defend themselves (such as children). It actually ensures, above all else, that one will have no authority over anyone’s life. It is the final nail in the coffin to authoritarianism (and a great deal of negativity as well).

You can think of Immortalis as having effectively total freedom, because there are only a few actions one wouldn’t be allowed to do, out of the trillions or more possible actions, communications, and interactions one could initiate.

The Prime Law Defense System

Immortalis will have the most powerful military and police force in the world (at least until we live in an enlightened society where police forces and militaries are utterly obsolete). These police and military forces will not use initiatory force—they will only be used to protect all the people of Immortalis. Therefore, there will be no police brutality or war crimes (such as nuclear bombing, invading other countries for land or resources, etc.).  They will never be used to defraud or crush people, their freedoms, or honest businesses.

The Prime Law Economic System

The economic system of Immortalis is Prime Law Capitalism. It is an economy based upon free and peaceful interactions (in all interactions, not just in business and markets).

It is not Smithian Capitalism, because the state has zero influence in the economy. (There will not be a state in Immortalis, or if there is, it will be one that is solely based on the Prime Law, which is so radically different from all other states in the world that it could hardly be considered one.) It is not crony capitalism (which is corrupt and based on fraud and other forms of deception, thus violating the Prime Law).

It is not anarcho-capitalism, because it is much simpler and not based entirely on one or a few libertarian authors such as Murray Rothbard and other libertarian thinkers.

Prime Law Capitalism differs from other forms of capitalism because it is capitalism in its purest form—as it is in total accord with honesty. It is capitalism founded upon The Prime Law.

The Prime Law is the core governing principle of Immortalis, designed to ensure peace, safety, and freedom for Immortals.

This simple and straightforward law guarantees a crime-free society where individuals can enjoy total freedom—as long as they don’t harm others. Immortalis also boasts the most powerful defense system in the world—one that will only be used for protection and avoids abuses like police brutality or war crimes. The economic system, Prime Law Capitalism, operates on free and peaceful exchanges, all with no state influence. It promotes honesty and integrity in all interactions.
