The Immortalis Vision is in harmony with the laws of the universe, chiefly the Law of Attraction. Immortalis is based on creating a new world, not changing an old one. It is not based on resisting nor reforming the old world, but on making a new one.

Immortalis doesn’t ask the world to change. Instead, we invite people to join us in the creation of a new and evolving world—a microcosm, if you will.

This is important and relevant because many political ideas fail since they focus on conquering, overthrowing, reforming, or destroying other nations. The reason why these political systems fail (even those that have lasted for centuries such as the Roman Empire), is the same.

These ideas are doomed to fail because they are based upon the flawed premise that we can continually oppose what we want (using our attention/focus), to get what we want.

There is one exception - reformation. Reformation might succeed, but it is generally more difficult, and it requires sharp thinkers and, ideally, tactful communicators to reform an entrenched political system. That’s why reformations often fail to start.

The inspirational success of Immortalis may encourage other nations, even heads of state and those in power, to consider reforming their own countries. The process of reforming the political structure of a nation is always much smoother when those in positions of political power support it.

The Beautiful Simplicity of the Prime Law

Immortalis law is much simpler than those of other states. The only law one must understand and abide by is the Prime Law, which is less than a page long, as you can see below:

This constitution is the foundation of all human interactions in Immortalis. Article 2 ensures that our society remains safe, peaceful, and free for all individuals.

In addition to what this document states in Articles 1 and 2, the Prime Law cannot be amended and there are no exceptions! This means the peace, safety, and freedom of Immortalis will remain forever.

The Apolitical Philosophy of Immortalis

Immortalis has no political ruling class.

In Immortalis, everyone—governments, businesses, and corporations operating within its territory, including multinational corporations—is legally held accountable for their speech and actions.

Immortalis is based on freedom for all people. As long as they don’t violate the Prime Law, they are free to do as they will. This ensures the society will maintain a level of peace that citizens of other nations can only dream of.

Having no rulers is different from having no governance or government. In the Immortalis civilization, there will be governance, but it will be completely honest. It will likely resemble the organization of a business, based entirely on voluntary interactions and honesty, unlike traditional governments. The governance of Immortalis is Self-Leadership and its Prime Law Constitution.

It may be similar to the governance of a non-profit organization, focused solely on serving people. Many governments today, in theory, are based on service. However, they are never based on voluntary interactions, so no government actually serves all its people. If they did, they would never violate the rights of individuals.

Immortalis may also operate in a manner similar to conglomerates. A conglomerate is a collection of businesses allied together to increase profits. They share in the profits and the risks involved.

Governments today, however, for one reason or another, seem to be more interested in profiting off their people and, ultimately, they never have to be legally accountable, because federal governments control the highest levels of the legal system within that nation. However, in the Immortalis nation, there will be full legal accountability.

Immortalis governance could be a conglomerate of non-profit organizations, voluntarily funded, with duties to protect and serve all citizens.

The Unique Immortalis Economic Philosophy

In the Immortalis economy, the focus is on prices, productivity, supply, and values. The value of an individual product or service is its monetary worth in the market. In Immortalis, prices decrease, productivity and supply increase, and values rise.

Think about that for a moment—the value of products increases, but the price decreases (due to increased production via technology). Wow! This is great for us, consumers, as we are always looking for greater value at lower prices!

At the same time, businesses will make more money because they will be able to produce many more goods to sell. This is great for businesses, because the true purpose of business is to provide value to society (primarily) and, secondarily, to make money (which they will). Business will more easily create greater material wealth for society.

Another reason Immortalis is great for business owners is that they will be free from regulations and may operate freely in the open market (rather than a gray market or a restricted market). Businesses will also not need to spend money on lobbying. Instead, they can invest in research and development (R&D) and increase production, which in turn lowers prices and increases values.

Because Immortalis is founded on the Prime Law, ALL businesses are required to be honest, because they must be by law - The Prime Law. There are NO exceptions to this. Therefore, there will be no gratuities, bribes, payoffs, or etc.

Businesses will also have more money to innovate and produce even more affordable, valuable products.
