A Personal Example of How One Can Emerge into the Immortal Mentality
An Example of How One Can Emerge into the Immortal Mentality
By Erin Glidden
Before exploring the meaning of the Immortal Mentality, we must begin with the foundation — what I often call “the alphabet” of this journey. Because before anyone can rise into Immortal Mentality, they must first understand the key integrations that make such a transformation possible.
A B C's🍎
The C of U — Civilization of the Universe
Let us begin with C of U.
What is it?
C of U refers to the Civilization of the Universe — a civilization not governed by politics, authority, force, or regulation, but by voluntary, mutual-benefit business.
It is a world where value creation is:
•conscious
•purposeful
•mutually uplifting
Here, every exchange benefits both creator and recipient — the highest expression of real business. And reaching this requires one of the most refined integrations a human being can assemble in their lifetime.
DTC — Discipline + Thought + Control
To enter this mode of conscious value creation, we draw from Dr. Frank R. Wallace’s essential triad:
DTC: Discipline + Thought + Control
DTC is not a slogan — it is a mental engine That was introduced by Dr. Frank R. Wallace:
•Discipline to take consistent action
•Thought to integrate reality with full honesty
•Control to direct your life rather than drift through it
DTC forms the backbone of the Immortal Mentality.
Immortality and the Friday-Night Essence
Most people do not desire immortality until they discover their FNE — Friday-Night Essence — a term from Mark Hamilton describing the activity one loves more than hobbies, entertainment, or relaxation.
When someone finds their FNE:
•value creation ignites
•life begins to gain meaning
•they contribute something real to the world
And once genuine value creation activates, only then does the desire to live indefinitely become meaningful. One wants more time because life itself becomes worth living.
So What Is the Immortal Mentality?
The Immortal Mentality is not symbolic, mystical, or abstract.
It is practical, lived, and earned.
A person with Immortal Mentality:
•integrates reality honestly
•takes full responsibility for their choices
•refuses self-deception
•creates value that enriches self and society
When an individual rises to this level of integrated honesty, something profound happens:
They no longer want life to end — because they finally understand life’s meaning through their own value creation.
This is the Immortal Mentality:
To become someone who wants to live forever because your life is worth living.
What Immortal Mentality Is Not
Immortal Mentality does not come through:
•popularity
•political identity
•group validation
•religious exaltation
•tribal emotional surges
•bureaucratic hierarchy
•charismatic leaders
None of these create real value. None sustain freedom.
And let me emphasize:
I do not have the right to tell you what to think, feel, or do — and you do not have that right over me.
Every individual’s experience is uniquely their own. Attempting to force one consciousness into another is not only impossible — it is parasitic.
This parasitism is what Dr. Frank R. Wallace called the White Collar Hoax — people who create no value but insert themselves between value creators to feel important.
Immortal Mentality is the antidote.
Why I Live the Way I Do (How You Can TOO!)
Some of this may not be popular — but Immortal Mentality is not about popularity; it is about self-responsibility.
I practice the C.A.S. Diet, introduced by Dr. Wallace:
C.A.S. = No Caffeine, No Alcohol, No Sugar
And in my own life I personalized it to No Coffee instead of No caffeine :
I do not consume:
•coffee
•alcohol
•sugar
•corn syrup
•fructose syrups
•processed sweeteners
•sugary or syrup-based juices
•kombucha (including trace alcohol from fermentation)
•sodas or diet sodas
•artificial sweeteners
•fast foods
•pizza
•anything compromising biological integrity
•smoking or nicotine products
Ever.
Not on holidays.
Not weekends.
Not “just one bite.”
However, I do use green tea and have since the 1990s — my personal refinement of the C.A.S. principle. Why I cannot say I do not use caffeine.
Self-responsibility is not part-time.
It is total integration.
And again:
I am not telling you to do what I do.
Immortal Mentality is not about control — it is about individual choice within the Prime Law:
No force. No fraud. No coercion.
The Core of Immortal Mentality
Immortal Mentality is the conscious decision to:
•take responsibility for your health
•take responsibility for your consciousness
•take responsibility for your value creation
•take responsibility for your life direction
•rise out of mortal mentality
•choose honesty over comfort
•choose self-leadership over dependency
•choose creation over consumption
It is not a ritual.
Not a trend.
Not an award.
It is a way of being.
It is the life of someone who intends to live — really live — in body, mind, and soul.
Above all:
Immortal Mentality is the refusal to outsource your mind.
Not to government.
Not to religion.
Not to popularity.
Not to a group.
Not to practitioners.
Not to anyone.
Freedom can only exist where the self leads the self.
In Closing
Immortal Mentality is the intention to rise into the highest version of yourself through:
•honesty
•discipline
•responsibility
•and value creation
And to do so because you choose it — not because anyone tells you to.
You become:
•a being who could live forever
•a being who deserves to live forever
•a being who chooses the immortal path
Because your life finally carries meaning, purpose, joy, and value worthy of endless time.
That — and only that — is Immortal Mentality.

The Neothink Process: My Living Testimony
What I’ve shared is not mere philosophy — it is the lived result of the Neothink process. That was created by Mark Hamilton.
My integrations, discipline, biological refinement, self-lead responsibility, and value creation all emerged from applying Neothink exactly as Mark Hamilton designed it.
Neothink didn’t just guide me — it unlocked me.
It allowed me to:
•see reality with precision
•integrate decades of puzzle pieces
•reveal my Friday-Night Essence
•transform from consumer to creator
•rise into the Immortal Mentality
This is why I share it with sincerity:
Neothink has been one of the greatest Value's I have ever applied to my life, and I am honored and grateful to live as proof of its power.
A life of:
•integration
•self-responsibility
•value creation
•self-led growth
•biological discipline
•objective honesty
•sovereign thinking
•and FNE-driven purpose
This — fully earned, fully lived — is the Immortal Mentality.
This is a testimony of why I feel Neothink (Created by Mark Hamilton) is the greatest value known to mankind. A personal example of how one can better their life by applying Neothink in ways that fit their individual life.
